- We’ll build a taste profile together of what you like, what you don’t, and how adventurous you are when it comes to wine.
- You can text me whenever you’re in a restaurant, wine shop, at a friend’s house, or any time you have a question about wine or what to drink.
- I’ll use my knowledge of you and your specific likes and dislikes to give you the best possible recommendation every time.

The line is open noon to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, Eastern time, wherever you are in the United States.

What is the average response time?
The Glass Man makes every effort to respond immediately when texts come in. You’ll hear back from him within 15 minutes at most, but generally he is much quicker than that.
What if I don’t drink much?
That’s even more a reason to make sure that when you do, you’re getting the wines that you’ll enjoy the most. The Glass Man will set you up with wines that resonate with you, catered specifically to your palate through your Taste Profile. That way, when you buy that one special bottle, you’re getting the right one for you.
What’s your cancellation policy?
There’s no cancellation fee, though we request that you stay with us for a year. And one bonus: once you’ve locked in your Founding Fifty rate, we’ll always hold that spot for you. If you cancel in 2028 and decide to come back in 2038, your Founding Fifty rate will be locked and ready for you to come back to.
There are fifty founding spots, and when they are gone the founding rate closes for good.
