Everything but the guest list. A custom wine list built around your menu, a Certified Sommelier hosting the full event pour by pour, and the planning that happens before anyone arrives. I do not bring the wine, the glassware, or the food, and I can point you to vendors for all three.
I do not bring or sell the wine. You buy the bottles from the list I build, at whatever budget you set.
One clear rate: $350 per hour, with a three-hour minimum and no guest cap. A three-hour event starts at $1,050 whether you are hosting six people or sixty, because the rate covers my time rather than a headcount. The wine is separate: you buy the bottles yourself from the list I build, so that budget stays yours.
