It works anywhere in the United States for $25 a month, or $15 a month for the first fifty founding members, locked for life.
How does it work?
Joining starts with a short taste profile covering what you like, what you don’t, and how adventurous you want to be. From there, you can text a photo or a question from anywhere: a restaurant table, a wine shop aisle, or your own kitchen. You’ll get a tailored recommendation back, usually within fifteen minutes, built on your taste profile rather than a generic star rating.

You can text The Wine Line about whatever is in front of you. Send a photo of a restaurant wine list while you are deciding at the table, a shop shelf while you are standing in the aisle, or the label of a bottle already in your cellar. Does it work where I live?
Yes. The Wine Line is text-based, so it works anywhere in the United States, not only near Riverhead, New York. Texts are answered from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Saturday, and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time on Sunday. Wherever you live, your wine expert is the same person, answering the same way.
What does it cost?
The Wine Line is $25 a month, or $250 a year, which works out to two months free. Right now, the first fifty members to join lock in $15 a month for life through the Founding Fifty offer. The price returns to $25 a month the moment the fiftieth spot is claimed. There is no cancellation fee, though we request that you stay with us for a year.

Every text reaches Zach Glassman directly. He is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators, with fifteen years of experience across restaurants, wineries, and fine wine retail. You are not texting a chatbot or a rotating support queue. You are texting the person who actually answers.
