Do you bring the wine?
We do not bring the wine for any event. For every event type, we suggest the best wines available and point you toward the place where you can purchase them at the best price we have found.

Do you bring glassware or food?
We do not bring glassware or food to any event. We can absolutely help you coordinate glassware for your event, though.

What are the deposit and payment terms?
A 50% deposit holds the date, with the balance due seven days prior to the event. We accept cash, check, Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days receive no refund and the full amount remains due. Weather and force-majeure cancellations always reschedule with no penalty.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking weddings four to six months in advance, though we can work with weddings looking to book on a shorter timeline. Corporate events typically book eight to twelve weeks out, with fewer weeks needed for weeknight bookings. Private events typically book six to ten weeks out. We are currently booking from June 2026 to April 2027.

Do you travel beyond 200 miles?
We do go further, with travel and lodging billed at cost. Send a note with the location and we will work out the numbers.
